About Us

The Sun Street Gallery opened in 2004 to highlight the work of modern designer craftsman, Justin Richardson and other guest designers.  Our website features some examples of beautifully designed, contemporary and unique jewellery in steel, titanium, silver, gold and platinum.

Each member of the team at Justin Richardson – Designer Jewellers brings their own, unique brand of technical skill, enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge to make the commissioning of a bespoke piece of jewellery a truly pleasurable experience.

Since he was a student, Justin Richardson has been winning Craftsmanship and Design awards at one of the oldest and most prestigious livery companies in the City of London – The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths.

Justin Richardson studied silversmithing at Kent Institute of Art and Design, and has worked with several highly acclaimed silversmiths and jewellers. He became a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths in 2001 and has won many prizes for his work.

Here he learnt the art of working with gold objects and fine Goldsmithing before going on to work for other independent jewellers. Paul produces his own ranges of jewellery and, as well as bringing his experience to our team of goldsmiths, his work can be seen at the gallery.

Sabine Konig came to London in 1984 after completing an apprenticeship in Germany to continue her studies at the Sir John Cass School of Art. As well as working in Justin’s workshop Sabine also produces her own range of jewellery.
